The best B2B agency directories for getting found in 2026

Disclosure: we earn a commission if you sign up for Clutch through our links, and we rank Clutch first. It's first because, going by each directory's own description, its review checks are the strictest of the five, and its free profile collects those checked reviews at no cost. It trails others on published pricing, contract terms, and organic Trustpilot reviews, and each entry below says where.

How we ranked these agency directories

We judged each directory on five things, using its own pages and its Trustpilot reviews:

  • Review checks: how the directory says it confirms that a reviewer was a real client.
  • Buyer reach you can attribute: audience figures the directory publishes itself, and whether its own pages agree.
  • Pricing transparency: whether the paid tiers have published prices.
  • Contract flexibility: minimum terms, renewals, and refunds.
  • Like-for-like reviews: each directory's organic Trustpilot reviews, the ones that arrived without the company's review link, set against the others'.

Review checks count most, because checked client reviews are what a buyer reads a directory for. Going by each directory's own description, Clutch leads on them. On reach, Clutch publishes monthly audience figures, though its own pages disagree; for the others, the figures we could attribute describe listed firms or target markets, not buyers. Clutch doesn't lead on the last three: it publishes no sponsorship prices, its paid plans run 12 months with no early exit, and its organic Trustpilot average trails GoodFirms, DesignRush, and TechBehemoths.

The 5 best B2B agency directories, ranked

  1. Clutch

    Best for checked client reviews

Clutch has the strictest review check of the five, going by each directory's own description: reviewers sign in with LinkedIn, Google, or a company email, Clutch says a human editor checks every review before it's published, and providers can't preview or approve reviews. Clutch says it rejected 10% of submitted reviews in 2025 for signs of falsified information. The Basic profile is free, Verified costs $499 a year paid upfront, and Pay Per Lead bids start at $25 with a $1,000 monthly minimum. The weak spots are the contract and the unpublished sponsorship prices. Paid plans run 12 months with no early exit and renew automatically. Its audience figures conflict across its own pages (1 million a month on the homepage, 1.4 million buyers a month on the Pay Per Lead page). Organic Trustpilot reviews average 3.49 from 135, behind GoodFirms, DesignRush, and TechBehemoths and ahead of Sortlist.

  2. GoodFirms

    Lowest published sponsor price

GoodFirms screens firms for its free listing (it says about 23% of applicants are accepted) and sells placement, with no pay-per-lead product. PRO costs $49 a month, billed annually at $588, for featured placement above free listings and a Verified Business badge once you submit company documents; sponsor slots start at $300 a month. Its terms of use describe month-to-month renewal with at least five business days' notice by email, though they have no refund clause and GoodFirms doesn't say whether PRO can end mid-year. It says it verifies reviewers with a business email and LinkedIn and calls a random sample by phone or video. It publishes conflicting totals for how many firms it lists. Its 34 organic Trustpilot reviews average 3.68; the older critical ones describe profiles created without consent.

  3. DesignRush

Best for bidding on project leads

DesignRush runs a free directory and a Marketplace where agencies it has verified bid on project leads. It is based in Miami, and some of its paid plans include a feed of US government and education projects. It publishes prices for its memberships ($200 or $300 a month, with a one-year minimum paid upfront), its bids (from $50 on projects worth $5,000 to $10,000), and each sponsorship tier (from $500 a month, billed quarterly). It doesn't refund bids. DesignRush says it authorizes reviewers through LinkedIn and collates feedback from third-party review sites, and it says it lists over 30,000 agencies in at least 50 countries. Its 13 organic Trustpilot reviews average 3.69, a small sample; the other 87 of its 100 most recent reviews came through its review link.

  4. Sortlist

    Best for Europe

Sortlist is a matching marketplace: buyers post a brief and get a shortlist, and Sortlist says its marketing focuses on Benelux, French, and Spanish markets. Profiles are free and open to freelancers. Sortlist+ costs €129 a month paid annually or €189 paid monthly, with an annual commitment either way, and opportunities are paid in credits, up to €650 each. Refunds come back as credits. A client confirms a review by clicking a button in an email, the lightest check of the four directories that describe one. Its 38 organic Trustpilot reviews average 2.26, the lowest here, and Trustpilot notes it hasn't replied to negative reviews.

  5. TechBehemoths

    Free IT directory, with caveats

TechBehemoths, based in Berlin and "Made in Germany by Mobiteam GmbH", lists IT companies and takes free quote requests. Its FAQ calls it "a 100% free platform", but Trustpilot reviewers describe paid Featured and Top 10 programs, and their prices aren't published. It doesn't publish how it checks reviews. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 86 reviews, and all 85 we pulled are five stars, organic and link reviews alike; Trustpilot notes that it asks customers for reviews. A free profile costs an IT firm nothing to try; the paid programs are harder to judge.

Every directory here except TechBehemoths has a full comparison behind it: Clutch vs GoodFirms, Clutch vs DesignRush, Clutch vs Sortlist, and DesignRush vs GoodFirms. If you're already on one and want out, see the alternatives to Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, and Sortlist.

Agency directories we left off

UpCity stopped operating in November 2025. A Wayback Machine capture from November 21, 2025 shows the site saying it is "no longer supported" and pointing visitors to Capterra; Gartner had bought it in 2022. If you were listed there, see UpCity alternatives.

The Manifest is Clutch's own sister site. Clutch's help center calls it "a business news and how-to website, powered by Clutch" and says it launched in 2018. Any company with a Clutch profile is featured on it, and its rankings use Clutch reviews, so it isn't a competitor or a separate place to get listed. G2 is left off because it reviews software, not agencies.

Which agency directory to start with

Start free. All five offer a free listing, and the paid plans on four of them either run a year or bill a year upfront. We'd set up a free Clutch profile and collect checked client reviews there first, then spend money only where it fits how you sell: DesignRush if you want to bid on specific projects, or Sortlist if your buyers are in Benelux, France, or Spain.

Agency directories FAQ

What is the best B2B directory for agencies?+

We rank Clutch first for its review checks and free profile, and we earn a commission if you sign up for Clutch through our links. GoodFirms has the lowest published sponsor price ($300 a month), DesignRush lets you bid on specific project leads, and Sortlist suits buyers in Benelux, France, and Spain.

Which agency directories are free?+

All five have a free listing, although GoodFirms says it accepts about 23% of applicants and DesignRush says it accepts only agencies it considers legitimate and professional. Paid tiers start at $499 a year for Clutch Verified, $49 a month billed annually for GoodFirms PRO, $200 a month for a DesignRush membership, and €129 a month (paid annually) for Sortlist+. TechBehemoths doesn't publish prices for its paid programs.

Do paid directory plans guarantee leads?+

No. Clutch's help center says it can't promise a number of leads from sponsorship. DesignRush doesn't give refunds on bids, and a bid on a client who goes unresponsive becomes credit. Sortlist refunds opportunities only as credit. Track each directory's leads separately so you can judge the renewal on your own numbers.

Is UpCity still running?+

No. UpCity stopped operating in November 2025: a Wayback Machine capture from November 21, 2025 shows the site saying it is no longer supported and pointing visitors to Capterra. Gartner had acquired UpCity in October 2022.
